I'm in Brovets first week in Feb and looking to buy a new set of 163 carvers, roughly how much would i be looking at paying, and whats the best way to pay, pound, lev orcard ??????

not sure on price but if you take the sofia trip they are cheaper there than in reosrt. but quite a bit I imagine

Agree with Vicki ,but the only problem is if you do the Sofia trip its at the end of the week and you would not be able to use them!!.
On the other had if you go into the ski shop next to Peter's bar the guys name is Alex he'll do you a good deal.
As for price its like anything you get what you pay for ,but in general they are about £50 / £60 cheaper.

Agree with you Frank. Alex is good I used to rent my board boots there. He is very friendly and helpful.

Where can we find this Peter's Bar - Been to borovets last year but can't remember it.

Is it on the main run between Rila and the Gondola?

right on the corner of the main raods opposite the gondola. The big wooden one with the tree growing through it.
