Slovenia?

Just been to Pamporovo and will be booking again, however just came across a bargain for Slovenia, has anyone been there, what is it like in comparison with Pamps.Any advice about the place would be welcome.

My friend's been to Bled twice and said it's really pretty. They used to get a gondola up to the slopes every day and I think they have contingency plans for "no snow" as there are other places to ski nearby. It's not as high up as Pamps though. Have they got snow at the mo?

I have been to Kranzka Gora and honeymooned in Bled. Both are beautiful places. More varied slopes in Kranzka Gora and the pistes are within walking distance from the hotels. Prices appear to have gone up considerably in the last few years. President Tito had a residence on the shores of Lake Bled. It is now a high class hotel.

hi Sharon I am working honest, I have fly tippers to fine, its lunch time anyway.Just looking at Slovenia, told Tim and he said no Its Pamporovo again, so if you are thinking of going next year we are looking at 9th Feb (more snow) different hotel though.

Doing Borovets 10th march, but just heard about a place called Krvavec that is only 15 mins and a 7 minute gondola ride from Libjuana airport with fantastic skiing and the easyjet flight is £60 return for the 2 of us end of Feb so we are going to go for it for 5 nights.
