re: Smolyan lakes run

Will this run require a diff lift pass to get back up to snezhanka peak or can i just use the 1 i will already have?

re: Smolyan lakes run

The run has been open this year, and it is covered on the same lift pass.

Some of the lifts havent been working since the huge snow fall and electric problems, so check before you go - its a long walk back Very Happy

I think that this is the run where a tree has come down on the cables of the lift in the storm the other day. Its lift no 4 - is that Smolyan Lakes??

David

The lift is a two man lift, and you can see it before you go down the run. I am a boarder and have not been down this run, purely because the snow hasnt been good enough in the past. I have been told that there are some flat places and you will need speed to make it without walking.

re: Smolyan lakes run

Been down this twice, both times supposed to be closed but snow was good in the rest of Pamps so took the punt. Couple of flats bits, ungroomed but a lovely run, although a bit narrow.

Wish they kept this open and groomed as a great addition to the resort.

re: Smolyan lakes run

We went doen this run last year although it was officially closed + was a bit hairy in places as there were a number of rocks which hadnt been cleared.
Not sure it would be great for boarders as there are some flat bits but a lovely run to ski
