Just come back from the snezhanka hotel yesterday, you'll be ok if you are booked into hotel just the apartments that are not finished.

Rooms have been refurbished and are ok.However food not great only ate there twice but so cheap to eat out i would'nt worry- i would recomend the Italian restaurant next door at the Perelik.
Swimming pool really cold and a word of warning you have to pay for ...

Hey Chris, any more detail. We stayed there last year and it was just fine, no complaints. We are due to stay in the apartments from 3rd Feb. Balkan told us they were all complete and no issues. If you can tell us more I would like to know so we can take it up with Balkan before departure.
