SnoDome vs. Mountain

is it just me or does anyone else think that once you have been on a mountain, the SnoDome feels like a waste??the slopes at Xscape are a fraction of a piste and i find myself just going straight down and seeing how late i can leave it before i have to stop.

Well it beats the dry slopes......they are ok on ski`s but on a board the dry slope is very hard to get on.The 1 and only time i was used a dry slope i dislocated 3 fingers.
Me personally i`d rather pay slightly more and use a snowdome......just a shame they are not longer

I kind of like a 3 hour session at Tamworth every now and again, it's more again again again, like time at a skatepark than a ski resort but fun and I feel it keeps me in tune with me board, dosen't half hurt when you do wipe out compared to real snow and trashes your trousers.re: SnoDome vs. Mountain

I was in Dubai 2 weeks ago and went to the worlds largest indoor ski center and all I can say is WOW, makes Tamworth look like a joke. Type Skidubai in to google and you will see what I mean.Obviously Dubai is a bit far to travel for a practice, Tamworth is much better than a dry slope.

i worked at the tamworth slope for 12 years, and over time obviously i used the slope less and less for pleasure, but at the end of the day its better than nowt?!and if i didnt live here
