Can you rent blades (little skis for the uneducated) in Pamps Question

Bloody marvelous things! I got soooo much confidence that I am now going back to skis.
Don't know about hire or Pamps, my last pair were £100 from Borovets last year. (120cm with ski bindings). I know you said you were thinking of hiring, but have a looksey at Ebay too. Very Happy Very Happy

Whats best.
Release or non release bindings?
Been told to get 99cm blades.
I am an advanced skier, but fancy something a little different. And no not boarding!!!!!!!!!!

I have some old 90cm blades, with release bindings. We put the release bindings on as I couldn't get the second one on without sliding down the slope... first one is easy.

The 90cms are great fun, more like skating in places.

My son uses them and my brother - who is an advanced skier -loves them. Also can pop them in your suitcase!!!

My daughter ski's and snowboards, but she really does prefer the blades instead of ski's, that said, she is a boarder babe at heart so doesn't ski or blade that much, but she did say that they were preferable to ski's
