Snow Cannons

Hi All,
Flying out on Wednesday 26th as a party of 8 complete newbies and wondered if we could expect the snow cannons to be back on in time for our trip with this little drop in temp that's been forecast? Also, what's with these snow forecasts ? Are they actually using any software models to predict what's coming, or are they just like "using the force"??

We may see canons on before Wednesday but that dependent on the temp dropping to -4 for them to operate. Fingers crossed. As for the forecasts I don't know where they are finding them. If they are using 'the force' it needs re-tuning!

Which resort Andrew?

Pamporovo Is forecasted to have snow tomorrow and Monday And I believe the cannons have been on The last few days.

Cheers Guy's, were off to Borovets and although I can see the snow has come down up high it looks like the lower slopes are going to need a little help from the cannons.

I'm in Borovets skiing this week,cannons were on all last night and today - the cannons have been on also on yastrebets for the last 24 hours!! We originally were going to cancel this week but sooo glad we didn't! We have beèn skiing on the red runs on top of the mountain today down to the mid station - good times!
