If anyone's going to Pamps make sure you visit the Snow Shack for top gear and excellent advice! They also do snowboarding lessons and taster days well worth the money!!
I have never snowboard in my life - keep saying its not for me, but maybe I should hav a chat with Gary and get a snowboard taster in - how long are the snowboard tasters? can I get one in after the ski lessons? I don't want to fall out with ski-ing and prefer snowboarding - but reckon I should at least try it
I keep being told by other half that boarding is easier than ski-ing, and that I should try it. Well maybe I will this year.... Must say the snowboarders presentation party last year lasted a lot longer than our ski-ing presentation party (although that may have something to do with the fact that nobody told us 'new guys' that you were supposewd to have a whip-round for your ski instructor! Wondered why she didn't hang around!) Finally crawled into bed about 3am, n the coach came to collect ...

Taster i had was about 2 hours and it was great, Although it is only a taster not a crash course pardon the pun, if you are a quick learner you could come away from your 2 hours at a recreational level. Obviously depending on you and your instructor
