Thinking of getting a Chalet the end of March with three friends, was wondering if the snow is still good around that time of year!Thanks for any input
also, any comments on the chalets?

Where??Sometimes the snow can be good other years less so. Look at the snow report under the resort you wish to go to and the archives will give you an idea of what to expect.
I personall would look to booking more last minute at that time of year when you have some idea of forecast.

wait! personally i think you are taking a risk at that time of yearbulgaria is so far south and can warm up very quickly and resorts are not that high.
i went on 6/3 this year and had good snow but by the end of the following week after my return there was little snow left

Maybe you're right. You see the only reason we were thinking of going so late was that the Chalet Borovets are all booked up apart from the end of March. Really wanted our own Chalet.That is unless the hotels do some nice suites we can all live in.
