Snow cannons

It looks as though Bulgaria will be cold for at least 9-10 days. At what temps do the cannons get deployed?

I notice they are on on the Yastrebets slopes but not Rila.

Apparantely minus 4 to 5c and the cannons can be on.
Needs to do something we are out ther in two weeks so please snow!!!!!!!!!!!

just read an article that said must be no warmer than -1c so hopefully the cannons will be a lot now!!
