Snow conditions late season

We are looking at booking a weeks skiing first week of April. Wondered if anyone has any experience of the snow conditions this late in the season. If so which resort is best?

Pushing it a bit may be best to look at a last minute deal if snow conditions are good. Bansko and Borovets would be the best bet.

Bansko was OK up to the end of last season (16 April), however, get up the slopes early for the better morning snow... especially if it is sunny
