Snow depth?

Snow depth?

Yesterday the snow coverage depth for Bansko was shown as 150cm. Since then it has snowed quite a bit (i am told). Today the depth is shown as 130cm - how does that work?

I'm confused.

hi

The snow depth report is a bit hit and miss. Its also an average depth, taken between the top and bottom stations. Use it as a guide only.
