Snow in Bansko

Out in Bansko on the 22nd Feb, been reading reports of good and bad snow conditions, and that slopes are getting icy in places, does anyone have the true facts, living or working out there? Also local snow reports are they looking good over the next week or two?

I think with the mens down hill, and slopes getting less due to snow melting could be a bit packed and no room to ski, hope off piste good?

Slopes are gradually getting worse. We do definately need more snow. The off-piste is not good either due to low snow fall over the season so far.

The forecast for this week is to get warmer. Yesterday on my balcony i was in shorts working on my comp in the town. Like a summer day!!!!

Reports on and off keep saying snow but forecats change daily so do not rely on them. Just keep your eye on here and people who are here or like me live here will update most days.

Cheers for reply Steve looks like I will pack my shorts and flip flops, and watch the rugby having a few pints, never mind hotel has a pool.
