John, the end of February is a million miles off in weather forecasting terms and I'm sure that you will appreciate that fact.
However, my guess is that there will be pretty decent snow conditions by then as the end of Feb is always usually a pretty reliable time to go skiing.

John,
I have a number of friends who live near Borovets in the town of Samokov, one of them is a ski instructor. They all agree that the end of Feb and through March are the best times for snow.

End of Feb? Just look at the forcast for the next few days - we can but hope it continues! Ski club GB reckon 65cm over the next week. Brilliant news. I also just found out my flights with BA on 10th and 17th Feb. will not be affected by the cabin crew strikes. It's My husband's birthday today - what a present!
