Karl Europe last year was terrible in a lot of places mate. March can be good I have been to Pamps 4 times around that date twice in 98/99 I had loads and I mean loads of snow. 2001 was awful skiing only possible to halfway point of the mountain. 2003 was also good.

Lift pass is circa £105 in resort and ski hire should be around £55 for 6 days. Beer around £1 a bottle eating out you should be able to have a good meal for around a tenner I would recomend trying the BBQ restaurant in the ...

I went from 3rd-10th March 07 to pamps and only the top half of the mountain was open.
Lift pass is about £100 if bought on your own or about £73 when bought off an operator when you book your holiday. Eating out is dirt cheap and very good in pamps. The white heart is good food as is the Italian in the Perelik

I went the last week in March 2006 - pure heaven, loads and loads of snow but a tad slushy at the bottom. Great fun, boarded down to the brothers restaurant above mid station and sun bathed with a cool beer or 2 for an hour and then had the most wonderful time riding as most of the runs were open.

March 07 not so good, only the top of the hill was open and then it was slushy towards mid station. Still had a ball though but only boarded 4 of the 7 days.

I've just booked for 2nd March, ...

I've just booked for 2nd March, with the decent(ish) snowbase at present it will be good. Razz
