Looking to book up for Borovets for the March 12th. Another group of friends are already booked up for that week. Being a newbie to skiing and Borovets and looking through some reviews etc I"m beggining to wonder if the snow will be sufficient enough. I realise no one has a crystal ball but does anyone have any thoughts based on past years????

I've never been in March, but there has always been enough snow for me to ski on (jan and Feb). It's usual for people to start worrying about how much snow there will be. I'm going on the 2nd, and then back again on the 22nd. Yes it would be lovely to see a metre of the fluffy stuff, but worrying about it last year, and the year before didn't change anything. Oh, and the night life is excellent, you'll make new friends in no time, and at bulgarian prices the merriment flows freely.
The nightlive for a single guy in Borovets is great lots of girlls from England (black tiger, Buzzbar) and Belgium (Buzzbar) also some girlls from Russia! (last year). Off course their lots of girlls wheir you can pay!!!
hi noodles wife here we were there mid march this year it snowed for 2 days solid it was fabulous.They said one of the best weeks of the season but maybe they say that to everyone !like you say no garantee but past history good.Hope you have great time
