Snow or Fog on the Just Borovets live cam

Just had a look at the Just Borovets livecam and can't make out if thats fog or snow. Anyone in the resort can tell me.

Just spoke to Tufty Duck who is in Borovets, she tells me it is very low cloud.

They are at the top where it is clear

Just got back this morning...conditions are dreadfull, really patchy on the mail slopes...or really bad and icy..loads of accidents! Also couldnt go on the gondola as the fog was really bad and we couldnt see 2 ft in front.
