I work for the National Research Council and we have been doing some studies into the fall and rise of snow levels in recent years. We have been especially concerned with levels in Europe over the last two seasons. I work for the National Research Council and we have been doing some studies into the fall and rise of snow levels in recent years. We have been especially concerned with levels in Europe over the last two seasons. There seems to be a trend in weather systems that suggests that instead of consistent levels of snow year on year, we will be seeing more periods of limited snow fall followed by bumper seasons. There is no real way of predicting theses circumstances, but there are early signs of developing a technique that can.
We have started doing tests on why the snow fall may be slowing, and early results show it is all China's fault. Europe should be experiencing massive dumps of snow right now, but we have noticed the Chinese have used their patented 'Cloud Snitcher TM' to steal European clouds. Sometimes though, the Cloud snitcher fails and snow falls are restored to normal levels. We have noticed this happens when Hong Kong puts on it's laser display at night, sapping the power from the Cloud Snitcher. So we are trying to retake Hong Kong as part of the British empire, and therefore secure the future snowfalls in Europe.
