Is early Febuary historically a good time for snow as this is when I am planning my trip to Bansko?

I can only relate to the last six seasons but we have always had snow for early Feb, can't guarantee what the conditions will be like weather wise, the last season was unbelievable Surprised metres of the stuff Cool
