Snowboarding for Kids

Hi, we're off to Bansko on Sunday and can't wait! Our son is 9 and we were told that he's too young for the snowboard school (we're going snowboarding). Why is this? We took him on a snowboard lesson at Snozone with no problem at all. If this isn't the case, is it possible to change when we get there? Question

I'll see what they say when we get there then. Being a kid who's into skateboards and bmx he obviously wants to snowboard, but we're wondering whether he'll have more fun with all the other kids.

There was a young lad in our snowboard school group when we went. I dont know whether he was as young as 9 tho. Thinks he was ten. Im sure you can find him some lessons.

re: Snowboarding for Kids

My kids are 9 and 10 and I'm taking then kids to Italy later in January and they allow snowboard lessons over 8. That's with Neilson so I wonder if its an operator thing rather than a resort thing. Check other operators for the same resort I would suggest!

Having said all that my two want to ski, so it by-the-by. They are both dirty sell out, how can I ever forgive them Very Happy
