Snowboarding lessons

Hello
Has anyone had snowboarding lessons, pre-arranged by crystal holidays?
Does this work on the same principle as the ski school? lots of breaks etc.
and how do we know what time on the first day?
Any info. would be great

Your rep will tell you what time everything is on the evening you arrive. They all start around 10 anyway - or when everyone's got their gear.
