I was in Pamporovo a couple of years ago and took the snowboarding package being offered by Balkan Holidays. This was 4hours a day for six days. Which I loved.
This year I'm taking my boyfriend for his first taste of Snowboarding and was only able to book three days at two hours a day. I was told by the company that this is all anyone needs. (I'm obviously a slow learner if this is all you need)
Does anyone know if this three day package now all that's being offered by the school or is ...

They all offer 3 days at 2 hours a day - seems fairly standard.Ski school is standard 6 days and 4 hours - exhausted at the end of it mind you

I'm also going on Jan 22 with Balkian. And was offered the same deal, but requested another 2 extra days for my first time snowboarding friends, at very little extra cost. Also went last year, and yes it was 4 hours for 6 days!re: Snowboarding packages
The normal I have experienced is 6 days with 2 hours on each. This time I only want 3 days!!, more time to explore!!Tom

Different operators offer different packages.Ive seen:
3 x 2hr
6 x 2hr
and
6 x 4hr
as possibilities. They can make more money by focussing on 3 x 2hr as you will buy more lessons if needed in resort which = £££.
I found that operators who offered 6x4hr charged more money for the holiday overall so you pay for what you get one way or another.
