Well the building I thought was the new Snowdome in Cardiff is actually the chuffing new Swimming pool. The snowdome is due to be built on the land next door, not a post or brick in site. How long did the Mancheste one take to build?????

The Manchester "facility" is to be called Chill Factore (dunno why the "e" at the end) - the main slope will be 44m high and 180m long. Right by the Trafford Centre and the M60, so easy to find.
