Snowing!!!! And why is there a wall?

Its Snowing at the Mid-Station in Pamps!!!!!

Does anybody know what that wall or pile of stones is in the bottom left of the picture though?
They better move those quick as they'll be under 10 feet of snow in about 3 minutes!!!!!! hehe!! Very Happy
