Other half just got back from Boro. Snowed all day / afternoon and was 'proper snowing' rather than the light stuff we've had recently and has been settling, meaning there's now a good couple of inches of powder. Nursery slopes (Rila) were pretty busy, but he said everyone was happier as at least they got to put their ski's on! Cannons worked on Yastrebets all day (still going now) and unless the wind picks up then yastrebets should be open tomoz. There's also talk about the Gondola / opening up again, as long as the wind doesn't pick up and if snow continues to fall. It's also much much colder. He'll let me know 8ish in the morning when he gets to Boro and will update you although as there's now lots more people in the resort, should be lots of people online to update.
I also think WaterskiPete should be acknowledged for buying new ski boots when there was zero snow...a lot to be said of positive thinking!! So chuffed for everyone and might finally get use out of my season pass!!
