Yes, hopefully it will be pisted over night. My legs can not take much more heavy skiing !

Borogirl you seem to know whats going on in boro , i am there sat 21st feb is there any steet maps so i know where every is or is it a case of go find out. I am stopping at the Iglika so not far from the action. thanks rhynore: Snowing in Borovets

There's no street map that I know of, only the map of the resort showing pistes etc.
The Iglika is behind the Rila Hotel, which is the big hotel facing the main lower slopes. The main road from the Rila leads down to the gondola for upper skiing area. Most bars and restaurants are based along this road or just off it. It's not difficult to find places as it's a compact place.
Looks like you could have an interesting journey to the resort with all the snow but great skiing ...

cheers borogirl , i was hoping to get out on the town tomorrow night but don't land in sofia till 8.30 so prob just a nightcap in hotel then early startre: Snowing in Borovets
RhynoThere will be bars open near your hotel, so no need to go dry
Doesn't matter what time I get there, I have to go for a stroll, smell the woodsmoke and snow, then find friends. Usually find it's a slow start first morning anyway.
