The video on this site from the roof of the Samokov in Borovets seems to show snow today. Can this be true?

It is fog, it has been raining here all day, and the skiing conditions are awful. Slushy ice mixed with mud, and people are still skiing on it!

the cam on this site is on the rila just got back monday early hours was away over xmass there was very litle snow the gondala was clossed till x mass eve then they opened the 4 man on xmass day but should have beeen clossed verty litle snowneed about half a eter to give a goodcompact base basically rsp at moment was there earlier in year great snow conditions but very bad at mo glad im off to whistler in march
