It is 4 hours - 3.5 if you get a tail wind.

i know went fronm plovdiv last week. i'm booking next year now. no wonder its alot cheaper from sofia

Sofia to Pamps? Definitely 4 hours

We left the Airport at near 10:30pm, arrived Pamps at about 3:00am after a 20 minute stop halfway, then got 3 hrs sleep before going down to Melina and collecting our boots/board/lift pass - 3hrs sleep is not a help when you're trying to learn 'boarding, I can say!
