Sofia nightlife is fun but it's one of those you need to know where you're heading. Bars and clubs are open on a Monday night but again it can be hit and miss. There is a good retro club / bar called Briliantin which used to be fun on a Monday night, also good on a weekend of course but usually you need a reservation. Generally Sat is more fun and busier but there's still some good fun to be found on a Monday. Here is a link to a good website called programata which is a weekly what's on guide and it covers bars, clubs and live music venues. Unfortunately it only covers week by week but you can still have a look what's happening this saturday and monday and decide which would be a better night for you. A lot of the dj's have their regular nights each week so most bars / clubs you look at this week should probably be playing the same time you're here.
