Sofia to Bansko - recommended transfers please

Hello! After cancelling our hotel in Borovetz due to poor snow and skiing conditions we are now heading to Bansko for the first time. We are a family of 5, travelling with an 8 month old baby and two kids. I would like someone to recommend a good transfer from the airport to Bansko. I have also thought of renting a car but not sure how safe the roads are (meaning how crazy people drive not to mention road conditions). Any advice welcome.
