Sofia transfers to Borovets

Hi,Going to Borovets tomorrow with Inghams.
I know this sounds silly, but, are the coaches that transfer you to the resort right outside the airport or do you meet the rep. after you collect your luggage inside the airport?
Any advice would be appreciated.

yeah this was very unclear for us last year 
but there will be an Inghams rep waiting for you at the airport who will then guide you to your coach!
The Coach driver we had last year was one crazy son of a bitch, he was overtaking cars on blind corners in the dark on a mountain.... needless to say after the flight, the crazy coach drivers, and the general stress of travel, you'll have to have a few drinkys when getting to boro
