Is Sofia worth a visit? Heard taht it is a dump etc...

it is a bit of a dump but it worth doing if only to pick up a bargin or pass your last day.

There are many historical places in Sofia,but if you don't care about history,museums,churches,don't go.It all depends what you care about. Very Happy

and try eating at the Captain Hook - fantastic - cost nothing

don't go to captain hook
i was there last week.
quality of food: intermediate
service: bad
prices: very high for what you get. paid over 100 leva for a bit of fisch and without wine
in sofia you can get much more for halfe the price
