Hi,fourth time to Bulgaria,Boro twice and Pamporovo last year,travelling alone this year,usual guys had last minute commitments,(couldn't believe the wife said go anway!)arriving on 19-feb at about 15.30,staying at the Ella,having ski school with Borosport most days so might pal up then but never been away alone before so keen to make some new friends,don't fancy drinking solo!Regards Peter O

Hi peter o,Make your way to Bobby's Bar & you will certainly make new friends in there! A great place to meet, eat & have a drink!
Just ask in resort for directions as everybody knows where it is!

Thanks again,anybody else confirmed for around these dates(the week after 1/2 term)also thanks to Gerry and Sandra for the conditions up dates,its great to get an unbiased opinion to give us back here in UK a true picture of the skiing,any ideas when some of the other runs will be open?according to snow report yast 1,mark 2a and 3,sitnyakavo 2and the pathway still closed?is this correct?hope fully with some snow forecast nextweek things should look hopefull,thanks again,Peter O

Well I will be there on the 21st with about 25 friends.... I will be in Bobbys just look for the tall quiet one sat in the corner that will be me.

Hi Peter, much like yourself I ended up going solo 4 years ago, and have gone back every year since solo without hesitation!! I booked ski school too as a way to meet friends, and went to Bobbys Bar as per advice on here and met up with some amazing people ( and Boon! ) but don't let him put you off!! There are a fair few of all abilities, and if your ski school doesn't fill you with joy I'm sure you would be more than welcome to ski / board with some of us. I'm arriving late evening on the ...
