Carrying your skis and poles is a real pain, correct?
There is a little gypsy boy who hangs around near the Samakov and offers to carry your skis.
He seems quite friendly. We used to chat to him and usually gave him a few levs.
One day we let him carry our skis and he pretended to injure his hands. Both him and his little sister became really abusive and demanded compensation.
His sister had an extremely colourful knowledge of the English language for one so young.

Remember him from last year and he pestered quite a few people but the ski instructors are insistent you ignore him. It is a shame not to let him help and earn a few lev but unfortunately he has chosen to abuse those that are nice to him. A case of cutting off his hand to spite his face.Must admit he was the only "begger" we saw last year so please don't worry about it.

This sounds like the same kid we've seen for the last two years on the trot. Usually approaches you as you leave the bars near the rila. He's had a few quid off us in the past, this year he'll get told to "chupka"....get lost !!!Phil
