Spending Money

Hi People,

The site has a lot of info on it, no one has said what it costs to eat out, drinks roughly 50p-£2 (from other postee's), for a week to Borovets would £200 be enough to cover the off piste activities?
Also do most places there take plastic (albit with the surcharge!)?

take cash, also there is a hole in the wall ot two that worked. My family of 5 eat out every night for about 100 Levs, which is about £40, this would be for steak, drinks etc.

re: Spending Money

Mal,
My advice would be for you take you pin number for your visa, or take your cash card, as most places in BG will prefer cash.

When I was in Pamps in 2000, I could eat and drink for less than £20.00 per night (alone).

I don't think prices have gone up so much that you need worry!!
