Spent the night on the slopes

Just spent the night on the slopes with my scouts - oh my gawd they are such hard work.
We went dry skiing - I had one who couldn't side step up the slopes, one who fell over every run down, one cocky big mouth, one who kept falling over whilst waiting, one who skiied straight into the next group... shall I go on.
I didn't ski as I had to look after the darlings, but then again, my boots are so damn uncomfortable!!! Mind you, I was able to give some advice and help out where I could ...

One of the best skiiers was the kid who has severe learning difficulties and I was really proud of him.

aaaaaah poor you. got to remember dry slopes are like blow up dolls, no real substitute. Anyway good luck, and ill swap your scouts for my main class. i hate 16-18 year olds all of them think they know it all, infact the only classes i enjoy are the special needs ones. probably means im getting old, cos i used to love em all.re: Spent the night on the slopes

Was great to talk to you earlier, good to hear where the lovely Beeb spend my licence fee (Joke) I though you were going to have 1 last go with your boots tonight - go change them......
Really good to meet PP today, as usual the picture you have in your head is always way of the mark, but a nicer bloke I doubt you could meet. You'll have a blast at the weekend too. You sounded totally different than what I would expect too, but hey, what the hell do I know... ...

Take the cubs - split them into small groups and they would love it. Just remember, it's much easier for the kids than for us adults. They can just pick themselves up - not fair...J

Hi JudithI had tight boots up untill I purchased a pair of the net second hand nearly new pair of Salomen Xscreams about 1/2 size too big I thought..BUT they fit like a glove I heated the inners and they are perfect I have had 3 x 1 hour sessions and 2 x 2 hour sessions and they do not pinch or hurt abit, I am glad I changed mine.
