Can someone tell how the webcam on skidvd shows it snowing like mad in Borovets, but the webcam on bulgariaski shows it blue skies!!!

I was just thinking the exact same thing, then realised how sad/desperate I am for constantly scrutinising both sites!!
I'm going to believe skidvd and keep fingers crossed for some more before the 2nd!
