Sports and Tourist Resort Perelik

Hi,
I've read about the New Perelik Sports and Tourist Resort near Pamporovo. Does anyone know if work has started on this yet.
Wondered if any new slopes and lifts have been added to the resort areas.

Also does anyone know anything about the Stoykite area here, are there any slopes and lifts here.
