St George's lodge bansko

Hi all Smile

I know it's only my first post but..

Has anyone stayed, or know much about the st George's lodge in bansko ( ex st George's palace).

I am booked in for a week in jan, and am just slightly concerned about the lack of reviews it has, and availability on booking websites.
I stayed in the lion bansko last year, and it was great. Just thought I would try somewhere new.the reviews I have seen are very positive, but would be nice to hear from any others

If anyone has any ...

St Georges is lovely, if a bit of a pain to get to in the snow... one of the last developments before the forest... If conditions allow it is possible to ski in and out.

Thank you Smile, I had a look a where it is on a map and think walking distance from the town/ gondola are about the same as the lion was, just maybe a bit more uphill

Great thanks again, can't wait now. I know it's sounds daft but the lion had a very warm and welcoming feel to it, and I was just a bit worried the st George's (maybe because it is apartments) wouldn't have that feel to it, but I'm not anymore Smile
