..........we'd booked to go to Bansko now. The web cam picture looks just like I imagine a ski resort should look! Not like the Pamps picture of a muddy slushy field! Just keeping fingers (and toes) crossed that we have some snow before we go next Saturday (13th)re: Starting to wish..........
Snow apparently is due in massive ammounts 12-14th. That'll mean you can join in on the Board meeting (booze-up) at the Markony hotel bar on Sunday 14th. (4pm)Keep checking board for details nearer the time.

I'm going to Bansko in February, reading a lot of peoples comments, I'm not sure we made the right dicision.Hope it snow by then. We are staying in a friends apartment so that should be o.k.

I have a bet on with some people on the board.If I see enough of the white stuff by the 14th I'm buying a round at the Markony Hotel Bar. Everyone seems to think I'm gonna spend a lot so it looks good.

I suppose it depends on your expectations...as an easygoing female..whom is sattisfied with mmm nice things in life ...I Loved it....but i supose i have the attitude to make the best of situations ...get on...and have fun..We pay quite cheaply to go to Bansko compared to other countries...we have been twice now going back in three weeks ...third time. Have been skiing other places and still love Bansko...You cannot avoid queues..at certain times of the year in any country can you?? i.e ...

At the end of a full day skiing all i want to do is have a good drink and have a nice meal..and have always managed to do that so many choicesof mexhanas to chose from and thats with a fussy 15year old..whom also loves it. Shame you didnt enjoy it Suzie..
