Hi arron,
Ive actually been on the mybg one for abuot 4 years and always had a read of this, just never posted anything.

Thanks for the link but it comes up as "This content is currently unavailable" when i log in.

Any idea why?

The link seems to work if you copy and paste the link address directly into a browser window. I think probably one of facebook's MANY glitches!!
