Hi, has anyone stayed at this hotel before? just booked up for the 3rd but can't find many reviews for it.

One of the best hotels in Bansko! My personal favourite!
5 min walk from the gondola and the pubs!

Stopped there last year, thought it was great, nice & warm, food ok, swimming pool a little cold but soon remedied by a visit to the sauna

really nice hotel - we booked to stay there next week but got booted out by balkan due to overbooking. you'll enjoy it !!!
