Strazhite in Bansko

Anyone ever used this hotel before, just wondering what the quality of food is like etc, not overly bothered by the quality of the facilites as i hope to spend most of the time with a board strapped to my feet

Going Friday, am totally buzzing for it, 1st time ventured anywhere than the trusty Alps

We stay there every year and it is brilliant. The food...well, it depends what your pallet is like. Breakfast is pretty much standard with fry ups etc and the evening is usually going out to a local restaurant given how cheap it is.

You will love it and will be booking your next holiday as soon as you get back - it's like a bug that grips you!!

Cheers mate, i'm already thinking a week isn't going to be long enough

6 of us in the group 3 men/3 ladies, 1st time for all the ladies so important that they have a good time so we can all come again as a group hopefully every xmas

If you are there over xmas the gala dinners are really good. we were there for new year last year and drinks were free all night, excellent firework display and food brilliant. ENJOY!!!!!

yep... hotel is fine, nice size rooms and loads of space in the lounges for a drink or two. Food is hot and filling, pool a little cool, massage excellent. Went last year and for the first time ever im going back to the same resort and the same hotel.

Sking in Bansko is also excellent and will keep you busy, board or skis, for at least a week.
