Strong Winds

Nice to see some snow forecasted for the next few days... but looking a little bit further is what i'm worried about, 35-45mph winds forecasted for pamporovo peak. How does pamporovo cope with strong winds, as getting a little worried, as the resort only has one layer of chairlifts top to bottom, whereas borovets has quite a sheltered village area, and the gondola higher up may close in strong winds.

Any information so i know roughly what to expect would be great, cheers.

I might be wrong but it isn't necessarily the strength of wind but more which direction it's coming from. Obviously there is a limit but don't think that 45mph is it

fortunately the forecast has shown the winds becoming not as strong, but it's still coming from the north which guessing as most of pamporvo is facing north is a little bit worrying, but fingers crossed.
