Summer lifts

Hi

Have booked to be in Boro 22nd-26th June & Pamps 26th -30th can anyone tell me if the lifts will be open and running for walking.

Hi Martyn

I can't say for Boro, but the ones in Pamps sometimes run. There is a road to the top of the mountain, so you can drive up and park near the tower, and then walk as much as you like

The gondola in Borovets is definately open during the summer season.
If I recall, they open for summer in July?....but don't quote me on it!!!.
Here is the official website link, but at the moment they haven't mentioned when Summer rides will start. Best to send them an email (goodluck) or watch the website for the up coming summer season.

Definately the gondola in Boro will be running over the weekedns , The other option to go up apart of walking is to hire quad bike. If you can sent me an e-mail i will sent you more info.

Is there any summer skiing at all In Bulgaria? I'm there form the 25th June to 5th July, based on the Black Sea but can travel.

Sorry to tell you but I think there is no summer skiing in Bg. The Nearest place is the Kaprun glacier in Austria.
A little too far to go fom the black sea coast methinks Sad Very Happy
