TAKE A CREDIT CARD?

Does anyone know if it's worth taking a credit card - the brochures state that not many facilities accept - going to BOROVETS - HOTEL RILA.

The general feeling is that there are hardly any places that take credit cards.

But Switch/Maestro can be used in the ATM's (I guess you could always get cash out on your credit card if you have a pin)!

Hi Dave,
Ifyou need cash from your credit card you can get it from the Rila money exchange/bank

Always try to use cash. Very few places take credit card even the duty free in the airport wouldn't take visa last week

Please tell me, will it be possible to cash Visa card anywhere in Borovets? And how much is a comission?
If I take cash with me, will it be better to take euro or dollars? Question
