THE HOTEL OLYMP

I am a borovets skier and have been for four years, every year. I thought it would be a change to try a different hotel and make my holiday a little bit cheaper. This didn't happen. The food was un eatable and I wouldn't feed my own dog on it. The Hotel was dirty and so impractical for where it is positioned.
ALL the brochure lie about the hotel and the write ups are wrong. This hotel is ment to be a 3* what a joke.

I will return BUT never to Hotel OLYMP.

Was it really that bad, did you complain and did you get any positive results. Who did you book with.

Hi Tracy,

We are going to Borovets this weekend and were scared by the reports about the Olymp being quite poor. We contacted Crystal and they have moved us to a better hotel for a £44 surchrge per head. It may be worht giving them a call if you are worried.
