The date for the 2008 Meet is now confirmed for 3rd May 2008 at Tamworth. Activities are still to be confirmed but the likely programme will be as follows.....
Meet at Tamworth Snowdome 12 noon. Those who want to Ski/Board will be free to do so, others can either shop, or watch the skiing or chill in the bar. Evening will start at the Beefeater Resturant next to the Tamworth Central Premier Travel Inn where most will be staying - for a meal and drinks. After that still to be arranged ...

I would strongly suggest if you are staying that you book ASAP as it is likely to fill up pretty quickly.
