Spoke to Steve yesterday Liz, and he says we know each other but I'm blowed if I can place you.I'm the one who always sings American Pie at the end of Craoky Throaty.

I am sure we must have given each other respectful showbusiness nods at some stage!! Actually, I do remember American Pie from last year. Did you continue on long after the nusic had stopped?? Right at the very end? It is all coming back to me now. But we were nowhere near the stage, so wouldn't have spotted you. but we were all singing along very merrily!! If you were buzzing around our table, you may have seenme doing a trick with a coke can (leave it!) that involves crushing it, then ...

Oh, one more thing... Last year I went up to sing 'That's life' by Frank Sinatra (of course), and the Karaoke machine was knackered. So we all stood round for ages while yer man (probably Steve?) tried to get it going. Eventually he said sorry and asked me to sing 'You've lost that loving feeling' instead. You may remember the delay more than the song!! (I changed the words to 'You've lost That's Life this evening!')Hope 'That's Life' is fixed for this year!!
