Tamplier (next to Kempinski)

Anyone know what's happening to The Tamplier next to the Kempinski?

Are they still working on it?

I heard the developers have changed, but I can't get a straight answer from anyone.

Very quiet yesterday, not a soul around, it was Saturday and there was not a lot of activity anyway. It still has a way to go to be finished, will keep an eye on it...
